Dianne appreciates the strength and courage that it takes for individuals to seek professional psychological help. She is passionate about psychology and the potential for positive change that psychology offers people to improve the quality of their lives.

Understandably you may feel uncomfortable about seeking professional help from a psychologist. However, many people experience life difficulties which can trigger painful emotions and relationship problems. In fact, 1 in 5 women, and 1 in 8 men will experience depression at some point in their lives. In Australia, it is estimated that 45 per cent of people will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime.
